Yoga & snowshoe hiking with Ulli Eder
Thursday – Arrival & welcome
- From 2 p.m.: Arrival
- 5 p.m.: Welcome circle with dynamic Vinyasa yoga – gentle arrival, opening body and mind
Friday – Beginner-friendly experiences
- Leisurely beginner tour (approx. 1.5 hours): Enjoy nature and first exercise sessions
- Evening: Meditation after dinner – for relaxation and inner peace
Saturday – Active & Yin Yoga
- Morning: Snowshoe hike (approx. 3 hours) – fresh air, exercise & nature
- Late afternoon: Relaxed Yin Yoga (approx. 1.5 hours) – loosen up your body, let your soul unwind
Sunday – Joint conclusion
- Morning: Cocoa ceremony before breakfast – conscious arrival, connection & gratitude
